20-year-old Odia girl becomes youngest Chartered Accountant

Odia girl Rega Arvee Das has become one of the youngest Chartered Accountant (CA) in the world by completing the Chartered Accountancy course on 18 July, 2016.

20-year-old Rega has always been a bright student from the beginning. She scored 95.71 percent in her Standard X exam from ICSE Board. She chose Commerce in spite of scoring such high percentage in 10th Standard.

Rega went on to score 92 Percent in her XII Standard from R.A. Podar College of Mumbai University.

She started the CA course after her 12th Standard by giving Common Proficiency Test (First Level of CA) in the Year 2012 and Integrated Professional Competence Examination (Second Level of CA) in the Year 2013.

She joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the big four audit firms for her CA articleship of 3 years.

The reason behind her success is her sincerity and hard work. She dedicates her success to the love, support and blessings of her Parents, family and friends.

Rega Arvee Das is the daughter of Kalyan Das and Subhra Das from Odisha. While her father is Associate Vice-President of Tata Capital Financial Services Limited and mother is a Homemaker.

After becoming Chartered Accountant this year, Rega aspires to become an IAS Officer to directly contribute to the building of Nation.
