Bhubaneswar 1 shopping mall by Unitech group is expected to be functional by 2018 end. It is located near Sainik School and seems quite promising – though the project is running late but hopes are high cause of the happening location.

They revealed the designs years back but due to slow work the project is bit on delay. Do have a look at the inner view of the Bhubaneswar 1 mall. You can see a 3D model video of the shopping mall. It is humongous and exciting.

An integrated commercial complex, comprising of office space, retail and multiplex, Bhubaneswar 1 shopping mall will offer a one of a kind mix of cutting edge design, neo-age architcture, multi level basement parking along with adequate surface parking, plaza, family entertainment zone, restaurants & food court.

The new Esplanade One mall that was inaugurated last week at Rasulgarh in Bhubaneswar. It is spread over 4.5 lakh sqft at Rasulgarh. It is home to over 100 top international and national shopping brands. For film lovers, the mall will be the place to head to with Mexican multiplex chain Cinepolis coming up with seven screens.

Esplanade One adds to the list of seven prominent malls in Bhubaneswar. The predecessors to the biggest one include Forum Mart, Pantaloons, Pal Heights, BMC Bhawani Mall, The World and Maruti Mall.

Utkal Builders is coming up with their commercial complex, Utkal Kanika Galleria near Kalpana Square, opposite State Museum and BMC. This commercial mall will host 4 multiplex screens.
