Matric Supplementary Exam 2013 Results declared today

Results of Matriculation supplementary examinations 2013 conducted by Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, in June were announced today at the state secretariat Bhubaneswar by the School and Mass Education Minister Rabi Narayan Nanda.

Total pass rate of students is 37.96 % this year, Nanda informed media while congratulating the successful students wishing a bright career. As many as 58,361 students appeared in the exam this year out of which 22,152 students cleared it successfully. At least 9,520 girls are among the passed students, he added.

Nuapada district has recorded highest pass rate of 68.15 %, while Keonjhar witnessed a lowest pass rate of 28.21%, sources said.

BSE sources said the successful candidates would be issued with mark sheet and pass certificates immediately, so that they could take admissions in the Plus Two courses in this academic year itself without losing a year.

Nanda said the candidates can access their results through internet by visiting at least six websites which would be hosting the results only after 2 pm on Friday.
