MEGHA UTSAV Orissa

Odisha Tourism presents “MEGHA UTSAV”, a celebration of the monsoon through literature, painting, music and dance. The festival is scheduled on 9th, 10th & 11th August 2012. Celebration of Music and Dance from 6.30 PM onwards at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
