Executed by the Indian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) at the cost of Rs 5.5 crore, the light and sound show will have two shows every day for 250 audiences at a time.

“The show depicts the popular legend of Dharmapada apart from the historical and religious significance of the temple constructed by King Narasimha Dev-1 in 1255 CE through laser technology. The show will continue every day except rains,” said tourism minister Ashok Panda.

Tourists will have to choose their preferred language to listen to the narration while purchasing tickets for the light and sound show and the headphones will be set accordingly, officials said. All tourists will have to pay Rs 50 each to watch the show.
