This channel belongs to the emeging Oriya business company Seashore Group. Chief Minister Naveen Pattnaik, MP Prasanna Pattsani, Pyarimohan Mohapatra, Prasant Dash (CMD of Seashore) are present in the ceremony to do the channel lauch. Seashore Health Bulletin also launched by Naveen Pattnaik.
