When director Tutu Sinha decided to make a bilingual film on the life of Swami Vivekananda, his research took him travelling across the country. When he reached Odisha, he was pleasantly surprised by the similarity of the landscape with what he had visualized for the scenes of the film that were supposed to be shot in Rajasthan. The result was that the director decided to recreate Rajasthan in Odisha.
Not just using the landscape, he also cast Odia actor, Archita Sahu, in an important role in the movie. Now the shooting is in preogress at various locations of Odisha.
