Odisha: Puspanjali Panda is topper of OAS exam 2011

Puspanjali Panda tops the Odisha Administrative Services (OAS) 2011 examinations, the results of which were announced on the official website of OPSC on Tuesday night. The exam had been delayed due to several reasons.

The list of top 10 candidates is as follows: Puspanjali Panda, Jitendra Kumar Patra, Anup Panda, Sagar Kumar Nanda, Ansuman Satapathy, Suman Sourav Mohanty, Lalatensdu Si, Sidhartha Shankar Sahu, Bandana Khatua and Parakshit Sahoo.

A total of 418 candidates have qualified in Odisha Civil Service (OCS) exam for the year 2011, said the notification. On the other hand, the results of six candidates have not been published as their case is sub judice in the High Court.

Dr Puspanjali Panda said that the young officers should try to bring a change in the system so that corruption does not become a hindrance in development work and becomes an inspiration for others.
