Snow sculptures of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra, Subhadra in Siberia

The Russians in a Siberia hill have carved snow sculptures of Lord Jagannath, Devi Subhadra and Lord Balabhadra. Interestingly, the huge idols were made completely out of ice at a temperature of -23 degree Celsius.

Many devotees have thronged the place for a glimpse of the Trinity. The devotees were seen worshipping and singing bhajans while dancing to the tune of the bhajans.

As the name denotes, Lord Jagannath is the Lord of the Universe and that Parambrahma recognises no bar of color, race or creed when it comes to his disciples.

Even if Lord Jagannath is believed to the presiding deity of Odisha, the Russians were in no way on the back foot to adore the Lord Jagannath and his siblings.

This is evident from the ice sculpture of the deities that the followers have carved in Siberia.
