Jagannath Swain Mohapatra explained the process how the four holy Neem trees located through divine intervention.

He said – as per long-standing tradition the Priests worshipped Maa Mangala at the Kakatpur Mangala Temple and the Goddess appeared to them in their dreams revealing the location of the holy trees.
