Kalinga TV odia news channel launched in Odisha today

Kalinga TV, another 24×7 Odia news channel launched in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

This channel is owned by KIIT Group’s Kalinga Media and Entertainment Private Limited. The channel is officially launched by Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today evening.

Expressing his happiness over the launching of Kalinga TV, CM said, “Kalinga TV will be helpful to fulfil the hope and aspiration of Odia people.”

KIIT Founder Achyuta Samanta, State Minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak, Bhubaneswar MP Dr Prasanna Patsani, Bhubaneswar North MLA Priyadarshi Mishra, Noted Singer, Actress, Anchor and Model Raageswari Loomba and KMEPL MD Himanshu Sekhar Khatua and other Directors were present at the occasion.

Dr. Prasanna Patsani said, “Kalinga TV should take necessary steps towards upliftment of Odia language and culture. Kalinga TV will be more popular among the Odias in the coming year as it is launched at the time Mahaprabhu Shri Jagannath’s Nabakalebar year.”
