Mera Yeh Jahan music video – Humane Sagar’s new Hindi song

Popular Odia singer Humane Sagar’s new Hindi song ‘Mera Yeh Jahan’ music video featuring Poonam Mishra and Sushant Panda, released on Valentine’s day.

The video song is produced by Venus and directed by Pooja Priyadarshini & Satish Tripathy. The song, ‘Mera Yeh Jahan’ was composed by Sudeep Jena and the track was sung by two Odia singers, Humane Sagar and Sonam Dash, which makes it an all-Odia endeavour.

Odia artistes are making a mark in the Hindi music industry. A few days ago Ashish Panda directed an album, ‘Kabhi Yaadon Main’, produced by T-series starring Divya Khosla Kumar which was appreciated by all.

Sushant Panda of Titilagarh said that the music video was shot in Chilika and the song depicts a love story of a couple who are deaf and blind. “In the album, Poonam Mishra acted opposite me,” said Sushant.

Sushant had worked as an assistant director with Bollywood directors like Subhash Kapoor of ‘Jolly LLB’ fame in ‘Phas gaye re Obama’, and with Boney Kapoor. The concept of this music video is conceived by Sushant Panda.

Sushant said he was a theatre artist in Odisha under his Guru Ravindarjee who had urged him to learn the basics of filmmaking. Sushant has acted in many Odia TV serials including the very popular ‘chanda nuhe tume tara’. “I have learnt many things from everyone I have worked with. Filmmaking is an amalgamation of different skills,” he said.

Poonam Mishra who debuted in Odia film industry with Sanjay Nayak’s Baisi Pahache Kheliba Mina had acted in some Odia films. Her dance in the song ‘suna suna sakala re’ from her first film was a big hit among the audience.
