Contestants from only South Asia can participate in the pageant and it is organized by Ragaa Models and Ragaa Production every year.
“There was a lot of competition I must say because all women were beautiful and talented, but I think I had better chance at winning because I was a dancer and the Bollywood diva award gave me that affirmation that I had chances of winning,” she said.
“I am so privileged and thrilled to have been crowned Miss South Asia Canada 2017 & Miss Bollywood Diva! This was possible only with the support of my family, friends and the lovely audience. Thank you to everyone who cheered me on. This was an experience I will always cherish,” she added.
