Odisha govt to provide free coaching to Civil Service aspirants

The Odisha government will soon come out with a package to encourage Civil Service aspirants from the state.

As a part of the package, the government would provide all assistance to candidates who clear the civil services preliminary examination to avail coaching from the best institutions in the country.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced about this plan, while felicitating this year’s successful civil service candidates at a function in Bhubaneswar.

Stating that effectiveness of the civil servants has a huge impact on the lives of people, the Chief Minister said taking quick decisions and effective implementation through monitoring were the hallmarks of this job.

“Understanding development models, assessing socio-economic changes and successful application are also essential,” he said.
