Odisha Plus Two Science exam result 2016 declared today

Results of Plus Two (Science) examinations 2016 conducted by Odisha’s Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) announced today by Higher Education Minister Pradeep Panigrahi.

According to sources in CHSE, the overall pass percentage stands at 80.80 percent, Nayagarh district topped the tally with 94.23 percent and Jharsuguda was the lowest with 53.87%.

Out of 84,154 students, who had appeared in the annual +2 Science examination this year, 67,999 students have passed the test. 53 students secured 90 per cent or above in the annual examination and 5 colleges scored nil result.

While, 20,191 students passed the examination with first division, 22,414 passed the with second division and 24,550 with third division, the reports added.

Results have been uploaded to www.orissaresults.nic.in and can be downloaded from 12:45 PM onwards. Students unhappy with their marks can apply for re-addition by applying online on www.chseodisha.nic.in.
