Papu Pom Pom is the main attraction during music video launch of ‘Bye Bye Dubai’ movie.
The leading music label – Amara Muzik unveiled the music video of “Bye Bye Dubai” in a star-studded event at Forum Mart in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Amara Muzik Vice-President, RK Singh said, “Odia audience is responding very well to the digital content. This is proven by the fact that our social media channels are becoming extremely popular across various streaming platforms across the World in various platforms for all Odia’s across the globe to enjoy their culture and tradition. The evening was a star-studded affair with Archita, Sabyasachi, Buddhaditya, Producer Akshay Parija, Director Basant Sahoo, Music Director Bikash Das, singer Tapu Mishra, and Lyrist Sanjay Mahakul gracing the occasion.
The romantic comedy is scheduled for release on September 2, 2016.
Music Director Bikash Dash said, “the look and feel of songs of Bye Bye Dubai are completely different. We have tried to create both soulful and peppy songs for the movie keeping in mind youths and elderly audience. We are sure people will appreciate them.”
Shot in Dubai for more than 10 days, a major portion of the movie showcases the City of Gold and its luxurious lifestyle.
Director Basant Sahoo said, “First of all am thankful to Akshay Parija for inspiring and producing the movie. While conceiving the story we knew that we would shoot some portions at it in Dubai, hence we drafted the music accordingly. Without music no movie would click. As a music lover, I love Bikash Dash’s music and this is my second venture with him. Expert hands have worked for the songs and we were very sure that we will not be taking any singers from outside Odisha as the industry already has a lot of talented singers.”
Producer Akshay Kumar Parija said, “It is very fulfilling to establish Odia film industry presence in Dubai. The movie has shaped-up well and we are expecting a great response this Ganesh Puja. I am thankful to Amara Muzik for a wonderful job done on digital promotion of the songs. The response has been great as of now and I am sure after the video release, the audiences will get a feel of the huge canvas that Bye Bye Dubai is.”
