Odisha HSC Board authorities said that matric results had been revised and updated marksheets made available on the website www.indiaresults.com. The mistakes in marking were caused by a technical snag in the evaluation system.
The Board has also announced a helpline 0671-2415484 for students and guardians to submit their grievances if they are still unhappy with the revised marks for the next seven days.
The helpline will be functional between 10 am and 5 pm.
Faulty evaluation in objective-type OMR answer sheets had come to the fore immediately after the results were declared on April 30.
The students were astounded to have found minimal marks in high-fetching subjects like Sanskrit and Hindi even though they had scored maximum in subjective-type answer sheets.
