Diwana Diwani Oriya Movie Babushan Mohanty

After the success of Idiot, Director-actor duo Ashok Pati and Babushan Mohanty are coming together once again with romantic drama “Diwana Diwani”. The film narrates the story of two lovers — Banya, played by actress Madhumita, and Sanju, essayed by Babushan.

The film revolves around how an innocent boy throws all caution to the air in an attempt to prove his love for his girl. After his Idiot act, Babushan is confident that his fans want him to carry on playing romantic roles.

Deewana Deewani will feature veteran actors such as Mihir Das, Meenaketan, Pintu Nanda and Runu Parija. The exuberance of youth will be brought in by the presence of young actors such as popular anchor-turned-actress Pinky Pradhan and Debashish.

“This will appeal to people from all walks of life. There is something for everyone. It is not just all about love but about how passionate one can be about love. The film will be liked by one and all,” said the actor, who is presently busy with the shoot of another film Love Master.

Prashant Padhi and Goodly Rath have scored the music. The mahurat of the film was held at a city hotel on 15 September. The movie is being made under the banner of Mahadev Films. Among others, noted actor, Uttam Mohanty was also present at the launch to promote the film.
