New odia actor Subhasish’s nick name is Mantu and full name is Subhasish Sharma. Mantu belongs from Kendrapada district in Orissa. He has completed his graduation from Christ college and done Graphic Designing & Multimedia course. Now he is staying at Cuttack.
Mantu first acted in odia serial ‘Tulasi’ in Krishna character with Jeena. After that, he got a break in movie ‘Prema Adhei Akhyara’ with Babusan, then in film ‘Kiese Dakuchi Kouthi Mote’ in a guest appearance. Mantu’s third odia cinema is ‘Criminal’ as a supporting actor with Arindam. Now he is coming in a lead role in “Tu Mo Arambha Tu Mo Sesha” opposite new girl Pinky. Recently, he is also doing TV serial ‘Swabhiman’ in Tarang which is much popular now. He is also coming in Anubhav’s ‘Matric Fail’ in a guest role.
