Sand Animation is getting more popularity day by day. Manas Kumar Sahoo and group presented it in the program “India’s Got Talent” telecasted in National Television channel Colors. After that, this art form got another international recognition on this 66th Independence Day. Manas Kumar Sahoo has designed a 45-second promotional video for the Independence Day special show of Aamir Khan’s Satyamev Jayate which is aired yesterday on Star Plus.
“I could not believe my luck when I received a call from Aamir Khan Productions last month. They wanted me to go to Mumbai to discuss a sand animation promo for a special episode of Satyamev Jayate to be aired on August 15. This is only a great opportunity for me to showcase my talent but also a huge leap for sand art,†said Sahoo, who met Khan on August 1 and has received a cheque of Rs 1 lakh from the actor for this project.
