Subham Acharya tops CBSE Class 12 in Bhubaneswar region
Odisha boy Subham Acharya has emerged topper in the Bhubaneswar region of CBSE Class 12 examinations, results of which were declared by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today.
Subham Acharya, a student of Mother’s Public School in Bhubaneswar, secured 98.40 percent obtaining 492 marks out of 500. Besides, Ayushi Agrawal has stood second while Rishav Kumar and Sandeep Patnaik of Bhubaneswar region have jointly stood third in the CBSE Class XII examinations.
In the Bhubaneswar region comprising Odisha, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh, 52,080 students had taken the annual examination of which around 13,000 students appeared from Odisha. The girls outshone boys this year too as 91.82 percent girls cleared the CBSE Class 12 exam as compared to 86.27 of boys.
The students can access their results through websites – www.cbse.nic.in and www.cbseresults.nic.in. This apart, the students can also get their results through SMS and IVRS facility.
