It is around 250 km from Bhubaneswar. Take a train or bus from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur. Then hire a taxi to travel around 125 km. Public transport is also available.

The muggers, gharials and the scenic view of the gorge over the Mahanadi are some of the attractions, apart from the two wildlife sanctuaries – Satkosia Gorge and Baisipalli. It is around 190 km from Bhubaneswar. You need to take NH5 and then NH42 towards Angul. When you reach Pampasar, the main entry gate of the tiger reserve, Angul is just 30 km away.
