Satyajit Mishra requested Rituraj to sing his popular numbers from Raw Star like Teri galiyan, Re Kabira, Maula mere lele meri jaan, Aunty ji, Rangabati and other songs.

Rituraj Mohanty admitted in the interview that he is a big fan of Krishna Beura, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.

Rituraj also tried in Kalinga Gananatya jatra party, but got rejected. He sold his mother’s ring and went to Mumbai.

His struggle brought him grand success now after winning Star Plus India’s Raw Star singing contest.

Now Rituraj Mohanty is a household name in Odisha.
