Odisha Small Savings Incentive Scheme offers Rs 74 lakh cash award

Odisha government launched the ‘Odisha Small Savings Incentive Scheme’ for the calendar year 2019 under the notation “AQ” series.

Under this scheme, any eligible person who deposits a minimum amount of Rs 2,000 in any Small Savings Schemes in any Post office or bank situated within Odisha can take part in a lucky draw where winners will be given out cash awards worth totalling Rs 74 lakh.

After making the deposit, you need to get a free web-based coupon from the office of the collectors, sub-collectors and block development officers. This is like a lucky draw ticket.

The Odisha government will conduct a state-level lucky draw on April 26, 2020, at Bhubaneswar where winners will be given out cash awards worth totalling Rs 74 lakh.

Altogether, there are more than 2,400 prizes in seven categories under the scheme. The first prize is that of Rs 5 lakh.
