Utkal Kanika Galleria mall in Bhubaneswar by Utkal Builders is inaugurated on 29th September 2019. It is located at Gautam Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Utkal Kanika Galleria is a luxury shopping mall located in the heart of Bhubaneswar at Kalpana Square opposite Odisha State Museum and BMC. First Shoppers Stop store opened here.

It is spread over 2,40,000 square feet – ground floor plus 3 floors of retail and 2 levels of the basement with a capacity to accommodate 250 cars. It is a fully air-conditioned shopping mall.

Staggering 300 ft Modern Facade with a combination of Glass, Wooden Planks, Aluminium Perforated Jali & Aluminium Composite Panels. Retail spaces ranging from 500 square feet to 1800 square feet within a 5 km radius, the entire city’s premium residential area exists.
