CREDAI Odisha Property Expo 2014 in Bhubaneswar

Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) Odisha chapter will organise a four-day property expo in Bhubaneswar Swosti Premium hotel from 14-17 November 2014. The expo’s theme for this year is ‘House for All with Trust’.

In the expo, around 35 developers would showcase 100 projects, starting with a minimum price of Rs 15 lakh per housing unit to maximum Rs 1 crore, which will also provide loan assistance from nationalised banks. The expo will also display housing and lifestyle products.

Officials of the State Bank of India (SBI), main sponsor of the expo, said the bank will not take processing fee from customers choosing products from the expo and taking loan for them till December 31.

This year the Credai Odisha would conduct a survey on housing needs of people of the State which would provide guidance to builders to understand the customers’ needs and help them formulate different strategies to bring out better products according to their expectations and demands.

SBI DGM Arup Dasgupta said latest trends show the real estate market would rebound soon after a prolonged slumber in the state.
